Business Intern - Project Management (6 Month Internship)

As a Project Management Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of cross‑functional projects across Europe and APAC, working closely with CX team leads, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
You will take ownership of day‑to‑day project coordination, stakeholder alignment, and operational follow‑ups, enabling senior Project Managers and Team Leads to focus on technical delivery, escalations, and strategic stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
* Project Coordination & Execution: Support the delivery of small‑scale projects by maintaining timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Assist in coordinating "Base" integrations (e.g., VOD or Player) and help keep projects on track.
* Meeting Coordination & Follow‑ups: Organize meetings across multiple time zones (Europe & APAC), prepare agendas, and ensure the right stakeholders are involved. Capture key decisions, translate them into clear action items with owners and deadlines, and follow up on progress.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CX, engineering, sales, and revenue operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Act as a central coordination point to streamline communication and resolve day‑to‑day operational challenges.
* Project Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project trackers, charters, and milestone logs to ensure transparency and visibility across teams. Identify risks, flag blockers, and support regular status updates.
* Client Onboarding & Documentation: Support onboarding processes by managing questionnaires, collecting client inputs, updating documentation, and ensuring readiness for project kickoff.
* Operational Support & Process Improvement: Assist with professional services administration, including tracking hours, supporting SOW updates, and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with a strong interest in project management, operations, and working in an international environment.
* Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, track details, and maintain structured documentation across projects.
* Strong communicator and coordinator: confident in working across teams and time zones, with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and ensure clear, timely follow‑ups.
* Proactive and solution‑oriented: able to identify gaps, follow up on open items, and proactively drive tasks forward in a dynamic environment.
* Technical & tools interest (desirable): exposure to project management tools, data tracking, or AI tools in business processes is a plus.
Additional Information
Starting time: ASAP. Options to extend or go permanent if things go well.
