Your tasks:
* Responsible for the timely processing of payroll accounting from entry to exit
* Supporting employees in all payroll-related issues
* Contact person for insurance providers and authorities
* Entering and maintaining personnel master data in the payroll system and in the electronic personnel file
* Maintaining and checking payroll-relevant data according to tax and social security criteria
* Preparation of personnel statistics and analyses as well as preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
* Support for external social security and payroll tax audits
You bring with you:
* Successfully completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) and/or commercial training with further training as a payroll accountant as well as relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
* Sound knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
* Confident handling of payroll programmes (ideally "edlohn") and the MS Office package
* A high degree of initiative, flexibility and motivation
* An independent and committed way of working
* Enjoy working in a team as well as very good communication skills and a confident demeanour
* A structured and service-orientated way of working
