Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team as an Operations Team Leader.
Your mission will be to work and lead Operations teams in transfers and experiences to ensure the correct daily operations and be in constant contact and communication with suppliers and internal clients to ensure that all planning activities are executed under the broader business quality standards.
About Our Offer
* Salary of 2320€ gross per month.
* If you are a LOCAL RESIDENT and have your own accommodation, we offer a Cost of Living Allowance from 300€ gross per month on top of your salary.

About The Job
* Oversee end-to-end process of transport planning and ensure work carried out is accurate and up-to-date, with last-minute changes actioned promptly.
* Lead a team of direct reports, responsible for people engagement and development with clear objectives.
* Build and maintain excellent supplier relations to ensure smooth operations during pre-planning and operational changes. Fluent communication in French and English, both written and verbal, is key.
* Monitor financial risks from planning through invoice reconciliation, ensuring financial commitments are met while aligning with business goals.
* Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and on time by the team.
* Collaborate with and support guest-facing teams.
About You
* You have a passion for the mountains with experience or interest in skiing, snowboarding, and winter outdoor life.
* You enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player, flexible (including different work shifts), and a resilient people person.
* You possess digital skills, eager to learn and improve systems and workflows, and promote digital culture.
* You can manage a team to deliver results, work through ambiguity, and drive change with resilience.
* You have excellent administration, management, planning, and organizational skills.
* You are detail-oriented, agile, and capable of juggling strategic priorities with operational logistics.
* Experience in the travel industry and dealing with ambiguity in a global environment is valuable.
* You have excellent communication skills in English; German is desirable.
