What you can look forward to:
* Managing service and repair projects: Handling the preparation, execution, and follow-up for domestic and international assignments, including commercial oversight and invoicing.
* Work preparation: Coordinating technical tasks and the shipment of spare parts.
* Comprehensive customer care: Engaging with international clients via phone and email, managing commercial agendas, and conducting occasional customer visits.
* Order processing: Full handling of orders within the ERP system.
* Acting as a vital link: Serving as the primary interface between customers, sales, suppliers, engineering, and production.
* Logistics & Administration: Handling commercial tasks, customs clearance, and international freight traffic.
You are the perfect fit if you have:
* A technical background (completed apprenticeship or HTL degree).
* Professional experience in customer service or plant engineering is an
advantage.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
* Knowledge of ERP systems and AutoCAD is a plus.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international business.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, high problem-solving ability, and a true team-player mindset.
* High level of commitment, flexibility, and precision.
* Completed military/civil service and a valid Category B driver's license.
