Our client is currently recruiting for an Executive Manager to lead three core organisational portfolios: People & Development, Operations (IT, Systems & Data) and PMO & Risk at their Head Office in Sydney's Northern Beaches

In this role you will:
* Provide enterprise‑wide leadership across People & Development, Operations (IT, systems & data), and PMO & Risk
* Partner closely with the CEO, Leadership Team and Board to drive organisational performance, governance and risk maturity
* Lead organisational planning, ensuring alignment between strategy, workforce capability, systems and delivery
* Drive digital transformation, systems uplift and operational excellence across the organisation
* Build and lead a high‑performing organisational services function that enables sustainable growth and resilience
You are experienced in:
* Senior leadership roles across corporate, organisational or shared services portfolios
* Enterprise risk management, governance, compliance and board reporting
* Leading digital transformation, ICT governance, systems or data‑driven operations
* Overseeing HR, workforce capability or organisational development functions
* Leading leaders, building capability and managing complex, competing priorities
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Strong strategic judgement, with the ability to balance long‑term vision and hands‑on delivery
* Proven capability influencing at Executive, Board and Committee level
* Experience operating in complex, regulated or values‑driven environments
* A track record of leading change, transformation and continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
Bonus points if you are:
* Experienced in not‑for‑profit, community services, disability or aged care sectors
* Have exposure to organisational growth, integration, mergers or acquisitions
* Familiarity with accreditation frameworks (e.g. NDIS, Aged Care, ISO)
* Formal qualifications in governance, risk, HR, technology or business
* A leadership style that strongly aligns with values, culture and capability building
