Responsibilities
- Supporting the restaurant manager team
- Contribute to the management and development of a team of approx. 40 employees
- Independent management of individual shifts
- Assistance and support in service
- Carrying out internal training courses
- Close communication and coordination with the other departments in the hotel
- Business management thinking & acting
Your profile
- Several years of experience as Chef de Rang in this hotel category
- Host qualities & a flair for service excellence with in-depth knowledge of wine
- Pleasure in dealing with people & love for the profession
- Professional appearance & ability to work under pressure
- Organizational talent & a motivating approach to employees
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German & English, other languages an advantage

This position is subject to the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry plus all overtime, supplements and statutory social benefits. Overpayments according to the collective agreement are possible depending on your qualification profile.
