Your Tasks
* Supporting the member of the Managing Board in administrative and organizational matters together with a colleague
* Independent completion of various tasks including travel management, filing organization, appointment coordination, and document management
* Preparation, organization, and follow-up of meetings in Austria and abroad
* Independent preparation of documents and creation of presentations
* Contact person for demanding business partners; handling internal and external correspondence, in German and English, if possible also in a CEE language
* Competent point of contact within VIG (national and international), cooperation with various departments, and support in cross-divisional projects
Requirements:
* Several years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable position
* Discretion, reliability, strong social and intercultural skills
* High level of service and customer orientation
* Independent, forward-thinking, and precise working style, with a high level of initiative
* Very good organizational skills and flexibility
* Confident handling of MS-Office
* Very good communication skills in German and English; knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage
Benefits may vary between VIG companies.
Based on legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary of EUR 3,248.7 gross for full-time employment (37.5 hours/week). The remuneration package is market-compliant and will be discussed in a personal interview, based on your qualifications and experience.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
