What's it all about?
You lead the Production Transition team and continuously develop it further.
You support and encourage team members in their professional and personal development.
You promote collaboration and act as a reliable interface between innovation and operations processes as well as external partners.
You set priorities, coordinate workflows, and ensure the achievement of objectives.
You ensure stable and efficient transitions from product development to series production by continuously improving processes together with your team, while keeping a strong focus on documentation, data quality, external manufacturing, and quality assurance.
You actively participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the team and related processes.

* You have a technical background and understand production-relevant processes in electronics manufacturing.
* You work independently, in a solution-oriented manner, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
* You are empathetic, communicative, and experienced in working with diverse perspectives.
* You have very good English skills; German is an advantage.
