We are now looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the team in Barcelona. Youll become part of an international environment where youll support customers provide technical guidance and ensure an outstanding service experience.
What you will do
* Handle customer calls through the CRM agent portal.
* Create quotations and process orders using the SAP system.
* Communicate delivery times and updates to customers.
* Offer basic product advice based on customer needs (catalogue knowledge).
* Provide first-level technical assistance and help customers identify the right products and services.

You are a great match if you
* Are a native or proficient Danish speaker with advanced English skills.
* Have completed at least high school education.
* Have an interest in the technical field and are motivated to commit to the project for at least two years.
* Are customer-oriented have strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
* Enjoy problem-solving and delivering a high level of service.
