Join our international team in Barcelona and take a leading role in an exciting Digital Marketing Ads project an innovative platform designed to help businesses expand their reach and connect with audiences around the globe.
We’re looking for German-, Dutch-, or Danish-speaking professionals to manage and grow relationships with high-potential clients. In this role, you’ll empower businesses to strengthen their online presence, optimize performance, and achieve measurable results through data-driven advertising strategies.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of business clients onboard new accounts and provide ongoing support as their trusted digital marketing advisor.
* Develop, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive maximum ROI and performance improvements.
* Conduct proactive outreach and consultations to understand client objectives and deliver tailored advertising solutions.
* Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
* Analyze campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for growth.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely, professional client follow-up.
Your Profile
* Fluent in German, Dutch, or Danish, with strong English communication skills.
* Bachelors degree (Masters in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus).
* 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing.
* Solid understanding of online advertising and performance marketing (PPC, SEM, social media ads, etc.).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
