What You\'ll Be Doing
* Working directly with a mix of individual and small business clients
* Reviewing and finalising work prepared by other team members for all entity types
* Be mentored into the ability to take ownership of your own client list and build strong, ongoing relationships
* Having tax planning, compliance, and strategy conversations
* Meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction
* Actively participating in team discussions and contributing to improvements
What You\'ll Bring
* 3+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice
* Strong understanding of tax compliance and small business structures
* Proficiency in Xero, FYI and XPM
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A desire to step into more responsibility and eventually lead a team
* A desire to work directly with clients
