This is a permanent position, with the first two years dedicated to the Siemens Graduate Program. After completing the program, you will continue your career in our Customer Service team.

Holding a Master's, Doctoral degree, or equivalent, combined with substantial practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles) in a relevant field, such as:
Any engineering discipline, e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Power Engineering
Having at least 4 months of international experience through studying, working, or volunteering abroad
Embracing cultural diversity and demonstrating openness, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-cultural teams
Being fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level)
Bringing a strong customer orientation and service mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality support and building lasting relationships
