What You’ll Do
Define and execute the corporate communications, marketing, and employer branding strategy aligned with company objectives
Own and strengthen the company’s corporate brand, messaging, and visual identity
Lead corporate communications activities including internal communications, external communications, media relations, and reputation management
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract, engage, and retain talent
Partner closely with People & Culture to align communication, culture, and talent strategies
Oversee marketing strategy, campaigns, and content across digital and offline channels
Manage public relations, press releases, thought leadership, and spokesperson positioning
Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints for customers, employees, candidates, and external stakeholders
Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, transformation, and change communication
Lead, mentor, and develop the communications and marketing team
Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners
Track performance metrics and continuously optimize communication, marketing, and employer branding impact
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in corporate communications and/or marketing, including leadership responsibility
Demonstrated experience in employer branding and EVP development
Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability
Proven experience in brand management, corporate storytelling, and integrated marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams
Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
Professional agility and adaptability, comfortable switching between strategic topics and hands‑on execution.
Confident communicator and negotiator, able to align diverse stakeholders with clarity and trust.
Tech‑friendly and open to new tools and ways of working.
Positive, can‑do attitude with a goal‑focused approach – you drive solutions, not just issues.

Statutory notice
In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for employees in information and consulting, the minimum gross monthly salary for this full‑time position (40 hours/week) is €2,464.50. Please note that this is a legal requirement to state, but your actual compensation will be based on your qualifications and professional experience, and we would be happy to discuss it with you personally.
