Responsibilities
* Configuration & Customization
: Configure, extend, and adapt Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, security roles, and data models.
* System Optimization
: Analyze and optimize the Dynamics 365 CRM landscape to reduce redundancies, improve efficiency, and enhance integration capabilities.
* Process & Architecture Design
: Design, document, and maintain consistent end-to-end CRM processes and system architectures aligned with business needs.
* Technical Standards & Governance
: Define and implement technical standards, governance models, and best practices for CRM usage, scalability, and compliance.
* Integration & Rollouts
: Manage system adaptations, integrations, and global rollouts in close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
* Data Quality & Documentation
: Ensure data accuracy, system scalability, and sustainable technical documentation across CRM solutions.
* Collaboration & Support
: Act as a bridge between business and IT, proactively communicating system capabilities, constraints, and recommendations.
Requirements
* 5+ years techno-functional experience in
Dynamics 365 CRM configuration
, including workflows, user management, data import, SQL, and security settings.
* Solid knowledge of
Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integration scenarios.
* Proficiency with
integration tools, APIs, and custom development
(C#, JavaScript, Plugins, PCF controls).
* Experience in
system analysis, problem-solving, and process optimization
within a CRM environment.
* Strong understanding of
CRM governance, data quality, and documentation standards

* Excellent communication skills, with
very good written and spoken English
