What's it all about?
* Collaborate with sales managers to understand customer needs, translate technical requirements and deliver optimal cybersecurity solutions.
* Deliver proof of concepts (PoC) to diverse audiences, including management, IT teams, SOC analysts and OT personnel.
* Act as a trusted advisor for different customer teams, guiding them through the design, implementation and operation of our security solutions.
* Set up, configure and support cybersecurity solutions in IT- and OT- network environments.
* Provide on-site customer support, respond to inquiries and conduct training sessions.
* Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues and fostering innovation.
What are we looking for?
* Strong knowledge of IT networking, virtualization technologies and core cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with OT protocols is a plus.
* Solution-oriented, a clear communicator and bring strong technical expertise.
* Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to the audience and address their needs effectively.
* Work independently, thrive in cross-functional teams, especially in close partnership with our sales team.
* Self-organized, proactive, team-oriented and enjoy sharing knowledge.
* Communicate confidently in English.
* Enjoy travelling within Europe (up to 40% travel share).
