Responsibilities As a Consultant HR Transformation & Project Management you will manage and monitor the HR Transformation, ensuring adherence to methodology & governance guidelines and timelines.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and project success.
As part of your role you will analyse processes and related volumetrics in detail to inform strategic decisions.
You will establish, analyse and monitor quality assurance standards and performance metrics to ensure project deliverables meet expectations and provide sustainable value.
You will identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation.
You will create data-driven reports and engaging presentations for international senior management and provide project updates and status reports to various stakeholders.
You will establish service portfolio.
Your profile Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Project Management and execution, with first experience of fulfilling a lead role for a workstream/sub-stream
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, demonstrating the ability to work independently with strong initiative
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, within a process-focused approach
Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity and confidence to collaborate effectively in an international context, including with Senior Management
Prior experience in Business Consulting would be advantageous
Familiarity with HR processes would be an advantage
English fluency required; additional proficiency in German is beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel internationally (10%-20%)
