Operations Manager – Food Production, Malta

We’re hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to lead production, stores, dispatch, and logistics—ensuring everything runs smarter, faster, and better.
What You’ll Do:
1. Own daily operations, KPIs, and performance reporting
2. Optimize production, reduce waste, and hit delivery targets
3. Lead and motivate teams to exceed productivity goals
4. Enforce food safety, quality, and compliance standards
5. Oversee inventory, stock control (FIFO/FEFO), and accuracy
6. Manage dispatch and logistics for on-time delivery
7. Identify gaps, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring:
8. Degree in Food Science or similar (or equivalent experience)
9. 5-8+ years in operations/production leadership in a food production or catering environment
10. Middle east experience is beneficial but strong International exposure is essential
11. Strong analytical and decision-making skills
12. Proven track record of improving efficiency and hitting targets
13. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Salary package offered:
14. Base salary: Euros 40-45k pa negotiable for the right person
15. Bonus : based on KPI’s
16. Malta : public transport / medical / public schooling
