We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to grow our presence in Central-Eastern Italy.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, promoting our full suite of hospitality solutions, and closing impactful deals.
You will act as a true business partner to your clients, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how D-EDGE’s cutting-edge technology can drive measurable commercial results.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Prospect and engage hotels and hotel groups in your assigned territory, identifying key decision-makers (GMs, Revenue Managers, etc.).
* Present and promote D-EDGE’s solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics tools, etc.), tailoring proposals to client needs.
* Build strong, long-term relationships to grow and manage a high-value client portfolio.
* Lead the full sales cycle: from pitch to negotiation and closing, consistently meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
* Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Act as the voice of your clients internally by sharing feedback and insights to improve our offerings.
* Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Austria to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
* Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing.
* A solid track record in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of commercial experience.
* A deep understanding of the hotel distribution landscape and its key players (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.).
* You are self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
* You are 100% fluent in Italian and English.
* You will be expected to visit your clients regularly. As such, you should be based in one of the following areas: Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Umbria, or Marche.
