RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and mentor an intercultural team of security professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Create a supportive environment where team members can thrive, providing regular feedback and guidance to navigate challenges effectively.
* Build a resilient, high-performing team by identifying individual strengths and growth opportunities.
* Encourage open communication and teamwork, driving continuous personal and professional development.
* Engage with global stakeholders to communicate team strategies, initiatives, and projects.
* Identify and address pain points, potential threats, and future demands, ensuring alignment with RedBull's long-term objectives.
* Oversee and ensure the high-quality delivery of security services and processes that meet business expectations.
* Continuously evaluate and improve service offerings to adapt to evolving security needs and maintain excellence.
* Act as the owner for specific security services, managing operations and support in collaboration with vendors.
* Develop and implement innovative concepts and projects to enhance service performance and operational efficiency.
* Travelling 0-10%.
* Team Lead – IT Infrastructure Security.
QUALIFICATIONS
* At least 3+ years of experience in managing and leading IT teams; experience in building new teams is an advantage.
* In-depth knowledge of IT security processes and infrastructure.
* Project management skills and ITIL knowledge are an advantage.
* Good communication skills (English, German is an advantage).
* Self-motivated team player with excellent communication, cooperation and leadership skills.
* Performance- and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility and drive issues forward.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
