Als Nachtrezeptionist
(m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für:
1. Allgemeine Rezeptionsaufgaben
im Front- und Backoffice, Check-In / CheckOut unserer Gäste, Bearbeitung
von E-Mails und Gästeanfragen
2. Führen Sie Nachtkontrollen
durch und erstellen Sie Berichte für die Geschäftsleitung
3. Überwachen Sie die
Sicherheitssysteme und gewährleisten Sie während der Nachtschicht die
Sicherheit der Gäste und des Hotelgeländes
4. Einen herzlichen Empfang und
eine angenehme Verabschiedung unserer Gäste, die Erfüllung ihrer
Erwartungen durch ständiges Bemühen um eine individuelle Gestaltung ihres
Aufenthalts, ihrer Reisezwecke, Pläne usw
5. Initiative bei der Erfüllung
der Kundenwünsche auf einfallsreiche Weise
6. Proaktives Lernen und
Weiterentwickeln von administrativen Aufgaben, Verfahren, Prozessen und
Standards sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung
7. Sicherstellung, dass alle
Aufgaben während der Schicht gemäß den erforderlichen Standards ausgeführt
werden, und Übernahme der Verantwortung für die vollständige Übergabe an
alle relevanten Parteien/Schichten

Das
Dienstverhältnis unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Hotel- und
Gastgewerbe. Der dabei gesetzlich vorgesehene Mindestbruttolohn beträgt
entsprechend der vorhandenen Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen monatlich
(bei 14 Gehältern) €1.357,80
(BG 3), anteilig.

You will support our team in providing our guests with
unique experiences and offerings to Live, Work and Play in infinite ways. Designed

As Night Receptionist (m/w/d) will
be responsible for:
21. General
reception duties in the front and back office, checking guests in and out,
processing emails and guest enquiries
22. Perform
night audits and prepare reports for management
23. Monitor
security systems and ensure the safety and security of guests and the
hotel premises during the night shift
24. Offering
a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests, managing
expectations by constantly seeking opportunities to personalise their
needs, travel purposes, plans, etc
25. Taking
initiative in accommodating the customers' needs in a resourceful manner
26. Being
pro-active in the learning and development of administrative tasks,
procedures, processes and standards and ensure correct practice
27. Ensuring
that all shift tasks are carried out according to the required standard
and take responsibility in providing full handovers to all relevant
parties/shifts
To be successful in the role of Night Receptionist
(m/w/d), we require:

fluent German and English (both written and verbal)

The employment relationship is subject to the collective
agreement for employees in the hotel and catering industry. The statutory
minimum gross wage is €1,357.80
