Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff and team leaders to achieve operational goals
* Monitor workflows, productivity, and quality to ensure efficiency and timely order processing
* Collaborate with central teams to maintain internal standards and safety regulations
* Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
* Foster a committed and high-performing team culture
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal working regulations
* Resolve operational issues and implement long-term solutions
Requirements
* Degree in logistics or similar qualification focusing on warehouse management/shipping/spedition/supply chain
* Several years of leadership experience managing at least 40 employees in logistics companies such as Amazon, DHL, UPS, or GLS
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
* Knowledge of project management is a plus
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, well-organized approach
* Willingness to work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday (5-day week)
