For a global FinTech customer, I am searching for a freelance Key Account Manager.
Responsibilities
* Winning, advising, and developing key account customers in Europe. Actively approaching customers, independently developing customer relationships, and handling tenders.
* Representing the company at events and customer gatherings.
* Creating presentations, negotiating, and concluding new contracts, as well as expanding existing contracts.
* Developing and maintaining existing customer relationships in all sales matters (e.g., price negotiations). Actively participating and contributing to the identification of requirements, trends, and promising functionalities for Worldline through market and competitive observations.
* Planning and implementing sales actions and projects, including cross-selling and upselling. Planning and leading customer projects in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
Profile
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and consulting for complex and technologically demanding customer projects.
* Strong customer and service orientation, confident in interpersonal interactions.
* Interest in this exciting industry.
* English skills, you possess negotiation-level proficiency in German.
* Self-initiative, independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking, and flexibility in an international context.
* Desired analytical skills and a solution-oriented working approach.
* Willingness to be part of a team where enjoyment in and at work is the central aspect of success.
