You'll design experiences where AI assists millions of users in complex remote support scenarios, balancing autonomous capabilities with human control, clarity with simplicity, and innovation with usability. Own End-to-End Design for AI Feature Design and deliver high-quality user experiences for AI-powered features from discovery through launch—including user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and collaboration with PM and engineering to ship production-ready solutions. Translate Complex AI Capabilities into Intuitive Experiences Work closely with ML engineers and PMs to understand technical capabilities and constraints, then design interfaces and interactions that make intelligent features accessible, transparent, and trustworthy for both technical and non-technical users. Communicate Design Vision and Rationale Present design work clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences—including team members, stakeholders, and executives—articulating user insights, design decisions, and trade-offs to build alignment and drive projects forward.
