Responsibilities
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders to align Greentube products with business goals
Develop and execute tailored service delivery plans that ensure effective product adoption and value creation
Coordinate the full support lifecycle, managing escalations and ensuring SLA compliance in collaboration with internal teams
Advocate for product and process improvements by gathering and sharing customer feedback across departments
Deliver training sessions and technical guidance to help customers maximize product performance
Use data analytics to identify insights, track performance, and recommend improvements that drive customer success
Your profile
At least 2 years of experience in Technical Account Management, software support, or a similar customer‑facing technical role
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business levels
Strong problem‑solving mindset with organizational and project management strengths
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Postman, or monitoring tools like Kibana
Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive, able to balance customer advocacy with business priorities
