The Opportunity
As Mechanical Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of assigned projects – ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead a team of site managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and specialists, coordinating resources and driving performance throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and managing project delivery end-to-end
* Managing commercial performance alongside the Project QS
* Coordinating procurement of subcontractors, plant and materials
* Driving safety, compliance, and quality on site
* Issuing weekly project progress reports (incl. RFIs, procurement status, critical issues)
* Overseeing design development and value engineering
* Chairing project meetings with design teams and subcontractors
* Maintaining strong client relationships and supporting new business opportunities
What you'll need:
* 5–10 years' experience in a mechanical project management role, ideally within M&E contracting
* Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
* High attention to detail and a commitment to safe delivery
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
