Your new adventure
As an Experienced Project Leader within the R&D Project Management Office (PMO), you play a key role in driving the development, governance, and strategic alignment of the project portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
Establish and optimize project management standards, methodologies, and tools.
Manage and monitor the project and portfolio landscape including prioritization, resources, and reporting.
Support the continuous improvement of the product development process (NPD – New Product Development).
Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of quality, budget, and timeline targets.
Conduct project reviews, audits, and lessons‑learned sessions.
Provide transparent KPI and management reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
Support project managers in financial planning, budget control, and project controlling activities.
Collaborate closely with project leaders, functional departments, and senior management, and facilitate cross‑functional steering committees.
Your profile
HTL‑ or university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Process Management, Innovation Management, Product & Engineering Management, Mechatronics, Business Engineering or a comparable field.
3–5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (classic, agile, or hybrid).
Experience with project portfolio management tools and reporting systems.
Certifications such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are an advantage.
Strong analytical, process development and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Fluent in German and English.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.32 € gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance‑related salary with corresponding overpayment.
