Leading and managing complex regulatory projects with a focus on licensing, governance, and compliance
Advising executive boards and management teams on strategic regulatory positioning and business model alignment
Taking professional responsibility for project teams, mentoring consultants, and supporting their career development
Designing regulatory target operating models, organizational structures, and policy frameworks
Reviewing and ensuring the quality of regulatory submissions and supporting documentation
Monitoring emerging regulations and assessing their strategic implications
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development and proposal work
Supporting the ongoing enhancement of the company's service portfolio and representing the firm at industry events
University degree or equivalent
At least several years of relevant professional experience in consulting or an in-house regulatory function within the financial sector
In-depth understanding of financial regulation, particularly MiCAR, KWG, WpIG, DORA, and ZAG
Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to prioritize effectively, stay calm under pressure, and deliver practical, solution-oriented results
Strong interest in financial innovation, especially in blockchain-based business models and digital finance technologies
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to high-quality work
Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
