Your Main Roles And Responsibilities
* Be the central point of contact for customers from all over the world and support them in maintaining our products, on site or virtually
* Advise customers on the entire product and service portfolio and answer technical questions
* Get creative and implement your ideas for digitalization in your work environment as a Customer Service Engineer
* Use the latest digital tool environment and develop it further
* Analyze data from the field and process it in order to constantly improve the quality of your work
* Be part of a motivated team and work together with colleagues from different countries and cultures
You are just right for this role if
* you want to make an important contribution to the safety of one of the most environmentally friendly means of transport - rail
* you have a technical degree (HTL / FH / Uni) and ideally already have some experience
* you are fascinated by new media and digital tools
* you find it easy to communicate in German and English
* you are keen to get to know and travel to other countries
