1. Design and govern global end-to-end business processes
2. Act as decision authority for process standards and deviations
3. Drive business impact, with success measured through defined performance KPIs
4. Ensure systems and data consistently enforce desired process outcome
5. Lead cross-functional change across regions without line authority
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Strong end-to-end process expertise in global organizations
7. Solid business & financial understanding
8. Experience with ERP-based process environments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
9. Proven process governance and decision-making capability
10. High stakeholder influence, resilience, and global mindset

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.,02. based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
