The Global Training Strategy & Digital Enablement team plays a key role in empowering PALFINGER’s external partner network, including dealers, service technicians, and operators through scalable, high-impact learning experiences.This role contributes to shaping PALFINGER’s global partner learning ecosystem by defining and implementing global concepts, frameworks, standards, and processes that ensure consistency, scalability, and excellence across all regions.If you are a digital native who is passionate about driving digital learning, creating engaging content, and coordinating global training initiatives, then you might be exactly who we’re looking for. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences (e-learnings, videos, infographics, web content) using storytelling and adult learning principles Build and drive the digital training strategy, staying on top of learning trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the learning portfolio Maintain and update learning materials on our Learning Management System, ensuring seamless access and usability Use AI-driven tools and data analytics to enhance learner engagement and measure training impact Collaborate closely with regional training centers to define global governance (concepts, frameworks, standards, and processes) and ensure consistent roll-out and adoption across regions YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Completed degree in Digital Media, Communication, Educational Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field Several years of experience in digital learning, content creation, or corporate training – ideally in an international environment Proven experience in creating and managing digital learning content (e.g. videos, e-learnings, or microlearning) in Learning Management System (LMS) Strong creative and visual storytelling skills with a deep understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles Solid communication, coordination, and project management skills, paired with professional fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus WHAT WE OFFER Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home Further training and international career opportunities Corporate health management "PALfit" Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment.
