Abbau, Aufbau und Übersiedlung von Arbeitsplätzen) wie auch ungeplante Leistungen (Hardwarereparaturen). Als IT Servicetechniker Onsite bist Du der Arbeitsplatzspezialist für einen namhaften Kunden und betreust mehrere Standorte im Großraum Wien.

Aufbau, Abbau und Übersiedlung von Arbeitsplatzhardware
Aufrüsten der Hardware nach Kundenanforderung
Warenvorbereitung und Erfassung der Altgeräte
Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware- / Softwarestörungen (PC, Notebook, Thin Client) Vorort beim User
Dokumentation der Leistungserbringung
Bereitschaftsdienst zur Gewährleistung der Betriebssicherheit (extra Vergütung)
Dein Profil
IT-technische Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung im technischen Kundensupport
Gute Kenntnisse in aktuellen Client-Betriebssystemen (Windows, macOS) sowie Microsoft Office
Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Client-Hardware
Erfahrungen in der Reparatur von Client-Hardware von Vorteil
Führerschein B
