Compensation and HR Reporting Specialist
About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and HR Reporting Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and administer compensation and benefits programs, including bonus calculations and salary planning.
* Configure and maintain Workday Advanced Compensation module for bonus and salary planning processes.
* Develop communication and training materials for compensation and benefits programs.
* Conduct compensation surveys and gender pay gap analyses.
* Support continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes.
Reporting and Analytics:
* Prepare and deliver key HR workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics for internal decision-making and external reporting requirements using Workday and Excel.
* Configure and maintain Workday Reporting module and dashboards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders within and beyond HR to ensure data integrity and process efficiency with focus on process and task automation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
* Excellent experience in advanced reporting & analytics, compensation & benefits, or related field.
* Proven experience with reporting tools, preferably Workday / HR Management Systems.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in advanced Excel.
* Attention to detail for precise calculation and data quality.
* Experience with bonus calculations.
* Experience in developing training and communication materials for compensation and benefits programs.
* Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration in international environments.
* Fluency in English, German is an advantage.
