As Membership Manager for The Cover Club Vienna, you are the driving force behind our community; ensuring its growth, vibrancy, and long-term sustainability. You lead acquisition, nurture meaningful relationships, create structure and consistency, and safeguard the health of the membership P&L. Together with the GM and your cross-city counterparts, you help shape a club that feels warm, inspiring, and unmistakably The Cover.

Responsibilities
* Drive membership growth through tours, outreach, partnerships, and smart conversion strategies, while achieving acquisition, revenue, renewal, and retention targets.
* Safeguard the health of the membership P&L through forecasting, reporting, market insights, and close collaboration with the GM and European Membership Manager.
* Own all membership operations including applications, approvals, renewals, cancellations, invoicing cycles, and CRM accuracy, in partnership with the Admin Manager.
* Be a visible and authentic host, maintaining a strong presence in the club and acting as the face of The Cover Club Vienna to members and the wider city.
* Lead and oversee member onboarding, introductions, and relationship-building to ensure members fully understand benefits and feel connected from day one.
* Oversee and steer a dynamic annual programme blending well-being, culture, and business, ensuring events drive engagement, retention, and community value.
* Guide and support the Events Manager in concept development, planning, partnerships, and execution of the events calendar.
* Collaborate closely with hotel departments including F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Marketing to ensure a seamless and consistent member experience.
* Represent The Cover brand locally through PR collaboration, partnerships, and community visibility across Vienna.
* Exchange best practices and contribute to shared initiatives with The Cover teams across Europe.
* Act as a strong leadership presence on the floor, upholding standards and nurturing a culture of connection.
* Be flexible to work beyond normal office hours, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
Job requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality, events, membership clubs, or a related field.
* Must have excellent written and verbal skills in both German and English.
* Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
* A natural sense of ownership, responsibility, and pride in building community-driven concepts.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this position is EUR 3,400.00, with willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and experience.
