About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the Strategic Sales and Business Development team within Tieto Caretech’s Data Driven Care business unit. The role supports the sales and business development of our Data Driven Care solutions in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), a new market for us. You will be at the core of the new market expansion journey and will work with the latest software products in the Care IT industry.


Key Responsibilities

* Business Development
o Identify customer needs, present our products and value propositions, and position them to different customer groups and go‑to‑market partners.
o Act as a bridge between sales, customer (or partner), and product teams.
* Solution Selling
o Present and demonstrate Data Driven Care’s products, matching their leading use cases to customer needs and focus areas.
o Address customer pain points and align offerings with their business objectives.
o Create customer proposals in partnership with our partners, ranging from small‑scale proof‑of‑concept engagements to multi‑year/mega‑EURO opportunities.
* Relationship Building
o Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
o Act as a trusted advisor to our partners and end customers.


What we’re looking for

* Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in B2B/public sector sales or business development of enterprise software solutions with proven results.
* Excellent understanding of the customer business domain (healthcare IT solutions).
* Strong knowledge of sales and public procurement processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
* Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
* Result‑oriented approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Full professional proficiency in English and German.
