Responsibilities
Independent setup and operation of our modern CNC lathes for the production of highly precise precision parts in accordance with technical drawings and inspection specifications
Performing fine turning operations on demanding components while maintaining tight dimensional, form, and positional tolerances
Machine setup based on workpiece drawings, as well as independently carrying out changeover activities and process optimizations
Ensuring consistently high surface quality and dimensional accuracy for both individual parts and series production
Ongoing quality inspection of manufactured parts using standard measuring and testing equipment, including documentation of the work carried out
Monitoring and maintaining specified tolerances, quality standards, and production parameters
Compliance with all requirements related to occupational safety, product quality, and environmental management
Qualifications
Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, ideally with an apprenticeship qualification in machining technology
Relevant professional experience as a CNC turner in a metalworking company
Experience in fine turning of precision parts and working with tight tolerances
Experience with FANUC controls is an advantage
Very good understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, as well as geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment for inspecting high-precision components
Strong quality awareness, a highly precise working style, a sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,300 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
