As the Front Line of Defense to the SVP of Global Media Partnerships, you’ll be the right hand to leadership—helping shape strategy, create world-class presentations, and keep the team operating at peak performance. You’ll work across all global partnerships, connecting the dots between details on the ground and strategic vision at the top.
If you love crafting compelling decks, staying three steps ahead, and keeping fast-moving teams organized and aligned, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of Red Bull’s media partnerships worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
 1. As a trusted advisor to the SVP, you'll craft talking points, visuals, and storytelling strategies to drive alignment, inspire action, and support strategic initiatives.
 2. Another key responsibility is collaborating with the department head and leadership team to foster a positive, growth-oriented environment. This includes managing the SVP’s calendar, coordinating global travel and event logistics, and serving as the central hub for the Media Partnerships team. Streamlining communications, tracking priorities, and ensuring follow-through across all functions are essential, along with proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks to maintain efficient operations.

 4. You'll drive clarity and focus across the team by managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables. Fostering collaboration and connecting day-to-day execution with larger strategic goals will also be a key part of your role. Representing the SVP’s office with professionalism, discretion, and positivity, you'll ensure smooth communication and organizational flow.
 5. 5+ years of experience in media, marketing, partnerships, or strategic communications.
 6. Fluent in English (German or additional languages a plus).
 7. Proven expertise in building executive-ready decks and visual storytelling using PowerPoint or Keynote.
 8. Skilled in managing senior-level calendars, travel planning, and logistics in dynamic environments.
