We are looking for the newest member for Aftersales Director position.
What will be your roles and responsibilities?
Aftersales tasks related to the brand, as well as the organization and management of the team and daily work, the most important of which are:
Customer care / Managing the customer service department
As the leader of the importer's aftersales (service activities, warranty administration, technical training) team, management, control and continuous development of the technical and warranty processes
Annual performance evaluation discussions, maintaining the motivation level of colleagues
Management and resolution of customer complaints: GDPR rules and local consumer protection or solving these cases according to warranty/warranty rules
Organization of Technical Support for the dealer network:
Daily support of dealers in technical cases
Providing assistance in matters related to special tools and technical equipment, laying down/updating brand service standards, invoicing subscriptions to manufacturers' online technical systems
Training and development of dealers
Road Side Assistance matters
Compilation/analysis of technical reports, technical indicators (KPIs)
Contact with the manufacturers' technical department
Management of recall and technical campaigns, monitoring of campaign performance
Management of warranty administration:
Handling of warranty claims, settlement with manufacturers and dealers
Annual warranty audit at brand service centers (if required by the manufacturer)
System development of our warranty modules, project management with the SW developer
Homologation / Registration:
Preparation of supporting documents required for technical examination / registration / type approval
Updating and keeping service manuals up to date
Organizing local adaptations for the service manuals
Follow and comply with all legal regulations (country-specific and EU regulation) regarding AS activity
Management of the spare parts stock for markets in accordance with the requirements and volumes of the markets and distribution company’s policy
Keep a close contact with the manufacturer's AS department
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
University degree with License (Business or Road Automotive) or equivalent technical education
Experience in similar position 5 years
Experience in automotive industry is mandatory
Technical skills
Organized and analytical thinking
PC operational knowledge – advanced
Driving license - B
