COUNTRY BUSINESS MANAGER – Renewable Materials / Biomass (m/f)
Location: Austria | Hybrid (Field + Home Office)

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing supplier networks, formulating procurement strategies, and ensuring the reliable delivery of biomass raw materials across Austria. The position offers a balance between fieldwork and home-based work.
* Lead and expand the companys biomass business operations in Austria
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
* Collaborate closely with regional teams, including neighboring countries, to support cross-border trade
* Work with the headquarters in Prague to shape and implement business strategy locally
* Monitor market trends and competition; provide data-driven recommendations for growth
* Build and manage a high-performing local team
* Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Country Manager, etc.)
* In-depth understanding of the Austrian biomass market and its business dynamics or an experience in similar industries, like agriculture commodities trade or wood processing
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
* Proficient in English (minimum B1 level – both written and spoken)
* Valid drivers license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly
* A strategic leadership role with direct impact on business growth in Austria
