ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a Casual Retail Assistant at Review Myer Pacific Fair, you’ll be the face of the brand, delivering warm, personalized service and helping customers find their perfect look. You'll assist with sales, styling, stock replenishment, and maintaining the store’s beautiful presentation. With a love for fashion and a flexible, can‑do attitude, you'll thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment while creating memorable shopping experiences that reflect Review’s signature charm and elegance.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Delivering exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly approach
* Assisting customers with styling advice and product selections
* Processing sales through the POS system accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining store presentation, including merchandising and visual standards
* Replenishing stock and ensuring sizes are available and well‑organized
* Supporting the team in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs
