Work Model
Onsite with 10 home office days a month.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and optimize product configurators that enable efficient and accurate quotation processes.
* Develop and customize product configurators within IQ, ensuring robust functionality and user-friendly design.
* Integrate IQ with enterprise systems (SAP, CRM) to enable end-to-end process automation.
* Manage the full configurator lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
* Serve as an internal IS consultant, aligning innovative solutions with business needs while collaborating with stakeholders, solution consultants, and partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications
* Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field (HTL, FH, University) or equivalent practical experience.
* Ability to demonstrate experience in software engineering and IT, with established skills in designing and implementing robust solutions.
* Interest and affinity for automation products and the drive to create user-friendly configurators that simplify complex processes.
* Teamplayer and open-minded person.
* Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

Compensation
For Austria: The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 54,439.42EUR annual for a full‑time position as of May2025. For Bosnia: the minimum compensation salary is not displayed in this job ad, but we discuss individual packages.
