IT Service Manager (w/m/x) - Credit Cards Tribe
Join RBI’s Credit Cards Tribe to ensure seamless, secure, and compliant IT service delivery in a hybrid environment (insourced and outsourced systems). You will bridge IT, Operations, and Business teams to safeguard customer onboarding, card issuance, and regulatory adherence while driving operational excellence. #LI-DNI
Your mission at RBI:
* End-to-End Responsibility:
o Own Service and Application Management for critical Credit Card Business systems
o Work within or alongside agile setups, covering the entire software delivery lifecycle
* Operational Excellence:
o Lead Incident, Release, Vulnerability, and Business Continuity Management
o Coordinate with DevOps, vendors, and compliance teams to resolve outages and prevent recurrence
* Governance & Cost Control:
o Participate in IT Governance topics, including cost monitoring and controlling
o Document key decisions and create a community for best practices
* Technical & Process Support:
o Acquire application-specific knowledge to provide technical and process support
Your core competencies:
* Several years of experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role, preferably in banking/fintech or regulated industries
* Basic programming and scripting skills (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell)
* ITIL knowledge (certification preferred)
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in English & German (written and spoken)
