We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our efforts in the field of resource efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and implementing projects that promote sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, sustainability, or a related field, with experience in project management and international cooperation. You should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a good command of another language (preferably Ukrainian, Russian, or Croatian).

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage projects in the field of resource efficiency

* Support market analyses, identification, and development of new project opportunities
">
* Conduct technical and economic evaluations of climate protection projects
">
* Develop reports and studies for international financial institutions and organizations
">
* Elaborate technology-specific topics along operational value chains
">
* Support the establishment and further development of tools for the technical or economic assessment of investment projects with regard to sustainability
">

Qualifications:

* Relevant university degree (e.g., MSc in engineering and/or MBA)
">
* Experience working in the field of sustainability, circular economy, or climate risk assessments
">
* Experience in international projects in the energy and/or resource efficiency sector
">
* Excellent computer/software skills
">
* Proven management skills and ability to lead in a multicultural environment

* Fluency in English and good command of another language (preferably Ukrainian, Russian, or Croatian)
