The Role
As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you’ll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. You’ll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.
What you’ll do
* Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
* Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
* Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
* Work in a dynamic, fast‑paced international environment
What we’re looking for
* German at C2 level + high level of English
* 1–2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (digital marketing a big plus)
* Strong communication, analytical, and time‑management skillsBA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)
