As our Business Development Manager Water & HVAC (m/f/d), you'll play a key role in strengthening collaboration within our partner network by ensuring clear and efficient communication, structured opportunity management, and reliable project coordination.
Your impact? You will help identify new business potential, drive joint initiatives to lasting success, and ensure seamless alignment between partners and internal teams.
You'll collaborate with Sales, Technical Inside Sales, Application Engineering, and Product Management and take ownership of partner communication, opportunity management, and project support, helping us move toward a more efficient, connected, and success-driven future.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead partner-related projects and processes to deliver successful outcomes and measurable business impact
Support internal and external stakeholders by handling project requests, technical inquiries, and partner needs with clarity and structure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align on ongoing initiatives and move projects forward efficiently
Use your skills in communication, opportunity management, and technical understanding to improve process efficiency, information flow, and partner experience
Continuously learn and monitor market developments to enhance how we identify opportunities and support partners across all project phases
What We're Looking For
Experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment, with a strong ability to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment
Proficiency in CRM systems and common digital tools, or eagerness to learn, enabling accurate opportunity management and efficient workflows
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication skills in German and English for structured, clear collaboration across the organization and partner network
A mindset of proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and structured organization
