Join to apply for the Product Owner Public Websites (w/m/d) role at UNIQA Insurance Group.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development and strategic direction of our public websites www.uniqa.at and www.uniqagroup.com. You will work closely with a cross-functional Scrum team, serve as the technical contact for web and marketing questions, and ensure the consistent application of brand and website guidelines across various web applications.
What you will do:
1. Develop a clear product vision and long-term roadmap for our public websites.
2. Manage the budget for the Public Websites team.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand their needs, prioritize them, and incorporate them into the product vision.
4. Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
5. Ensure timely delivery, quality, and customer value of features; evaluate and approve features.
6. Represent the product externally to internal partners and external service providers.
7. Ensure quality and optimize customer experience.
8. Work within a Scrum team with developers, business analysts, DevOps, UX/UI designers, QA, and Scrum Master.
9. Manage technology stack including Storyblok (Headless CMS), Angular, AWS, and modern deployment/CI/CD processes.
10. Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
11. Support campaigns with digital expertise when needed.
What we expect from you:
* Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar digital role.
* Experience in managing web projects and digital platforms.
* Knowledge of content management systems and digital touchpoints.
* Strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to balance interests.
* Structured working style and hands-on mentality.
* Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written.
* Ideally, experience with web analytics, performance marketing, and agile methods like Scrum and Kanban.
* Ability to independently update or adapt web pages if necessary.
