We value authenticity because diverse backgrounds, cultures, styles and abilities can only help us find the answers that people with rare tumors are looking for.Key Responsibilities Will Include:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategy and brand plan to effectively enhance treatment visibility and adoption within country, in collaboration with global marketing team and local field teamAdapt, translate and develop localized messaging & omnichannel campaign contents ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market requirementsSupport launch readiness activities and continuously shape country-specific marketing strategy incorporating consolidated insights from market research and internal teamsDrive awareness campaigns targeting HCP referral networks as well as patientsConduct market research & collect relevant insights to identify local market requirements, considering trends and competitorsCollaborate cross-functionally providing product knowledge, marketing materials, and training sessions to effectively position products towards external stakeholdersSteer and support local patient support activities by internal teams or external vendors for patient education and treatment supportManage the marketing & local patient support program budget for assigned products, ensuring effective resource allocationPlan and implement local presence at congresses, symposia and other relevant stakeholder events in cross-functional collaborationEnsure compliance of marketing activities with local regulations and industry standards, working closely with legal and regulatory teamsWho You Are:5+ years experience in marketing or other relevant role in the rare oncology or closely related rare disease pharmaceutical industryLaunch experience required, previous sales experience beneficialDeep knowledge of the local healthcare systemStrong analytical skills to interpret market data and research findings to inform strategic decisionsSound project management skills with ability to manage complex requirements, prioritize and executeExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersStrong sense of urgency and proven ability to organize and prioritize for execution and completionDemonstrable drive for high performance and resultsBSc or higher in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or other related areasFluency in German and English
