Job Description:
Your tasks:
4. Planning and controlling of university-wide teaching resources (internal and external teaching)
5. Carrying out demand calculations for studies/curricula
6. Preparation of reports and customer support
Your profile:
7. Completed relevant diploma or master's degree programme or additional commercial training above Matura level or equivalent qualification
8. Commercial training, ideally with a focus on business administration
9. Sound knowledge of SAP (especially in the CO/PS module) and very good knowledge of IT (especially EXCEL)
10. Very good knowledge of university structures
11. High degree of personal responsibility, independence and solution-orientation
12. Strong communication, teamwork and co-operation skills as well as stress resistance
13. Good knowledge of German (B2)

For this position in job group IVa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.712 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
