About the Company

* Co-define the company’s project & program delivery strategy in close partnership with the CTO.
* Provide clear direction across the delivery organization while keeping strategic oversight and hands-on proximity.
* Lead, coach, and empower senior PM leaders to build confidence, accountability, and high-quality decision-making.
* Strengthen governance, structure, and KPI-driven execution to ensure predictable, scalable delivery outcomes.
* Simplify, optimize, and modernize existing processes, transforming complexity into efficient, repeatable standards.
What You Bring
* 5-10+ years of experience in project and program management, ideally within the software or technology environment; consulting background is a major advantage.
* Proven leadership track record - building the strategy, leading leaders, and shaping direction.
* Proven track record of coaching and elevating senior Project/Program Managers beyond day-to-day delivery.
* Deep understanding of PM and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with the ability to navigate hybrid or waterfall-influenced environments.
* Demonstrated success in transforming processes, driving operational excellence, and implementing scalable improvements.
* A calm, confident, and clear leadership presence - decisive, structured, and non-political.
* Fluent German and English skills (C1+), capable of operating at executive and cross-functional levels.
