We are currently looking to strengthen our marketing team:
Responsibilities
* Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities across digital and print media
* Maintaining brand integrity and further developing the corporate design
* Creating content for text, images, and graphics
* Managing and enhancing the company website and social media channels
* Overseeing inbound marketing and marketing automation initiatives
* Organizing and executing trade shows, events, and webinars
* Developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns
* Analyzing and reporting on marketing performance
* Coordinating and managing external service providers
Qualifications
* Completed education in marketing and communications or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
* Excellent written and spoken German skills
* Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
* Experience with WordPress, CRM systems, marketing automation, and AI tools is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital advertising formats is desirable
* Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
* Strong communication skills and creativity
* Passion for graphic design and digital marketing
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
