Training Administration Specialist-EN role at CAE – Vienna (Schwechat). Join our soon-to-be opened Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna as part of CAE's global Business Aviation Training team. The Centre will open in Spring 2025 and will deploy the first Bombardier Global 7500 full-flight simulator (FFS) in Europe, making pilot training more accessible for operators in the region. CAE will initially operate six state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators in Vienna, including the Global 7500 and Global 6000 Vision, with space for expansion up to nine FFS. The 8,000-square-metre facility is purpose-built to deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe.
The role we are offering you
In this role you are responsible for providing administration support for the ATO and supporting the training function.
Key Responsibilities
* Builds and maintains Client and Instructor Training Folders (paperless)
* Ensures Company specific training documents are available to each program
* Distributes appropriate training documents as necessary
* Completes all client course completion documents to include diplomas, proficiency cards, training summaries and all foreign client completion requirements
* Maintains database of completed records
* Maintains database of all company specific records requests
* Audits folders for accuracy
* Assists clients with training records requests
* Invigilate EASA compute examinations for pilot qualifications and certification, as required.
* On a weekly basis ensure Aircraft Publications are renewed and kept up to date, where applicable.
* On a weekly basis obtain Library updates and place in all relevant locations.
* Assist with general administration duties as required
* Any other duties as may be required.
